Why it is worth doing
Most people in India do not read English comfortably. A listing in the language your buyers think in is read properly rather than guessed at — and a guessed-at description is where returns come from.
For a local audience it beats any amount of promotion, and it costs nothing.
The practical version
Write the title in the language people will search in. This is the one that matters most, because it decides whether anyone finds the item at all.
Describe condition in that language too. Condition is the part a buyer must understand exactly.
Say on your store page which languages you answer in. Buyers will not ask if they are not sure.
Host in whichever you are fluent in. A host stumbling through a second language sells less than one talking easily. There are no subtitles, so the show is in your voice.
Writing in two
Common and sensible. Title in both, description in both, or the title in the language people search and the detail in the one you write best.
Not twice the work for twice the audience — but noticeably more reach for moderately more effort, and worth testing on a few items before doing all of them.

If a buyer writes in a language you do not read
Say so plainly and ask them to write in one you do. Better than guessing at a question about condition — and buyers are generally happy to switch.
