No.
A bid is an offer. The seller stopped, picked the thing up, and let the room decide what it is worth — and if any of those bids could evaporate, none of them mean anything.
If you mis-tapped
Say so in the chat, immediately, while the item is still open. It is between you and the seller, and a seller who hears "sorry, wrong item, I did not mean that" in the moment will usually just carry on. Silence until you have won is a different thing entirely.
If you simply changed your mind after winning
Then you have an unpaid win, and that has consequences: the order is cancelled, a strike is recorded, and the item goes to the next bidder. It is not a disaster, and it is not free either.
Why there is no cooling-off button
Every auction site that allowed easy retraction ended up with the same two problems: people bidding to see what happens, and people bidding to scare others off and pulling out at the end. Both make the price a lie. The simplest fix is the one here — a bid stands.
Questions people ask
What if the seller described it wrongly?
Different situation. If it is not what was shown, that is a dispute and the money is still held. How to raise one.
Can the seller cancel instead?
They can cancel an order, and it costs them a strike. It is not a way around a price they regret.
Does an unpaid win stop me bidding?
Repeatedly, yes. One is a mistake; a pattern is a problem.
