Fastest on a phone. You pick your app, it opens, you approve, and you come back to Metzee.
The hand-off is the part that surprises people the first time: the screen leaves Metzee and returns. That is normal. If the app does not come back by itself, return manually — the payment usually completed.
Cards
They work, and are the sensible choice on a laptop. An international card may be refused by the bank rather than by us.
What you are paying for
The winning bid, plus delivery if it is being posted. Later wins in the same show ship together, usually with nothing extra to pay. How that is worked out.
What we never see
Your card details. Payment is handled by the payment provider; what reaches us is whether it succeeded.
Then the money waits
It comes to us and goes to the seller after the item reaches you. Why.
Questions people ask
Is cash on delivery available?
On Buy Now items, where the store offers it — never on an auction win, a live-show item or a custom order. It also unlocks only after your first prepaid order has been delivered, and it adds a fee shown at checkout.
Can I pay from outside India?
Cards sometimes work; delivery is the harder problem, since sellers ship within India.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Start here — a bank or UPI limit is the usual cause, and a failed attempt does not cost you the item.
Can somebody else pay for my win?
The account that won is the account that pays.
