My payment failed

Bank limit, an expired session, or a UPI app that did not come back. None of them mean you have lost the item yet.

First: you have probably not lost the item. The payment window is still running and a failed attempt does not end it. Try again.

Then, the causes, in order of how often they are the answer:

1. A bank or UPI limit

Daily caps catch people constantly, especially on a larger win. Try a different method, or a different account.

2. The UPI app did not return

You approved it, the app sat there, and Metzee never heard. Go back to Metzee and look at the order — it has often gone through.

3. The session expired

You left the sheet open too long. Start the payment again from the order.

4. An international card

Many Indian banks block foreign cards, and many foreign banks block Indian merchants. Nothing we can do from this side.

If money left your account and there is no order

That is almost always an authorisation that was taken but never captured, and it reverses itself — usually within a few days. If it has not, send us the bank reference and we will trace it.

Questions people ask

Will I lose the item while I retry?

Not unless the window closes. How long you have.

Was I charged twice?

One of the two is almost certainly an authorisation that was never captured, and it falls off by itself. Check again in a few days before raising it.

Can I pay by a different method than I started with?

Yes — go back to the order and start again.

More: how to pay.
