No. Metzee is an India marketplace and it is India all the way down.
Where that shows
Addresses are Indian. House and street, city, state, PIN code. There is no country field, because there is one country.
Delivery is quoted against an Indian PIN code. Zones are built from PIN codes, districts or a radius, and a courier quotes against a PIN. There is nothing to quote against abroad.
Payment is in rupees.
Tax is Indian, for every seller.
So this is not a switch waiting to be turned on. Can I sell to buyers outside India?
If you are outside India
You can watch. Shows are open to anyone, signed out, from anywhere. Can I watch without an account?
You cannot have something delivered to you, because the system cannot price or route it.
The thing not to do
Do not arrange it privately with a seller. A sale moved off Metzee loses every protection for both of you — no held money, no dispute route, no record — and it is against the rules. It is also the exact shape of the commonest marketplace scam.
A seller who agrees to it has told you how they would handle a problem. Is Metzee safe to buy from?
What does work
An Indian address. If you have family or a workplace here, the order is ordinary — buy on your account, put their address in, and it is yours including the return route. Buying a gift on Metzee
Asking somebody in India to buy it themselves. Then it is their order and their protection, which is the honest version of the arrangement.
What you should not do is use somebody else's account, or have them use yours. Can I pay for someone else's win?
Why it is built this way
Because serving one country properly beats half-serving several. Delivery, tax, payment and language are all local problems, and solving them for India meant solving them specifically — twelve languages, PIN-code zones, volumetric weight, GST-inclusive prices.
Each of those would have been watered down by a country selector.
