Metro to metro is easy. Everything else varies more than any courier's website admits.
What is different
It takes longer. The last leg is often handed to a different, smaller carrier, and that handover is where days go.
It can cost more. Some carriers surcharge remote destinations, and a store pricing honestly will have a zone that reflects it. How delivery is charged

What to do before you bid
Put your PIN code in. You can do it without an account, and it changes what you are shown to things that can actually reach you.
Check the delivery estimate for your PIN, not the general one. It is shown before you pay.
Ask, if it matters. A store that posts to your district regularly will tell you what it really takes, which is worth more than any estimate.
What helps
Buy from closer stores where the thing is equivalent. Nothing about the format requires you to buy from a metro.
Choose pickup if you are ever in the city. Collection windows are generous enough to plan around. What does "collect by" mean?

If it does not arrive
