Four reasons cover nearly every rejection.
1. The document could not be read
Glare, shadow, a finger over a corner, or a photograph of a screen rather than the thing. Lay it flat, use daylight, turn the flash off, fill the frame.
2. The name does not match the bank account
The commonest one. The ID and the payout account have to be the same person. Why.
3. The bank account belongs to somebody else
A parent, a spouse, a business partner. However sensible the arrangement is in your family, it cannot be verified, and a payout into it would be money leaving to an unverified name.
If the account genuinely cannot be in your name, you need a different arrangement — not a workaround.
4. The document is expired

Questions people ask
What if I was not told which reason it was?
Ask. You are entitled to know what to fix, and guessing wastes both our time.
Can I use a different ID?
Yes, as long as it is a government one and the name matches the bank account.
What if my name is spelled differently on the two documents?
A spelling variation or an initial is usually fine. Send it and let us look rather than assuming.
How many times can I try?
As many as it takes to get it right.
