Yes. The payment screen says it: Powered by Razorpay · UPI, Cards, Net Banking.
What you can pay with
- UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED, Amazon Pay, or any UPI ID
- Cards — debit and credit
- Net banking — the major Indian banks
- Wallets — Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money
- Metzee Credits, if you have any
Most people here pay by UPI, because it is one tap and it is already on their phone. Cards are for people who prefer them or want the card's own protections.
What happens to your card number
It never reaches Metzee.
Payment runs through Razorpay. If you save a card, Razorpay holds it as a token under the RBI's card-tokenisation rules, and Metzee only ever sees something like "HDFC •• 4321" — enough to show you which card it is, and enough to remove it. The actual number is not ours to store and we do not store it.
That is worth knowing in both directions: we cannot leak a card number we never had, and we also cannot help you recover one.
Saving a card
Saved cards appear on the payment sheet so a win can be paid in one tap, which matters when the window is thirty minutes. You can remove a saved card whenever you like.
Is EMI available?
No. EMI is not offered on Metzee.
International cards
Metzee is built for India, and payment, delivery and GST all assume that. A card issued outside India may be declined by the gateway. If it is, UPI from an Indian account is the reliable route.
If your card is declined
Usually the bank rather than the card: a daily limit, an online-transaction block, or a 3-D Secure step that timed out. The fastest fix mid-show is to pay by UPI and sort out the card afterwards — the payment window does not pause while you argue with a bank.
