Can I pay from outside India?

Everything is in rupees. The card may work; the delivery is the real question.

Metzee is built for India. Prices are in rupees, delivery is within India, and GST applies throughout.

Paying from abroad is sometimes possible. Getting the item somewhere abroad is generally not, and that is the question worth answering first.

The delivery question, which usually decides it

Sellers set delivery zones inside India. There is no international shipping option, so the practical answer for most listings is that a seller cannot send it to you.

What does work:

  • An Indian delivery address — a family member, a friend, an office. This is how most of these end up resolved.
  • Pickup, if somebody can collect for you. The pickup code is what matters at handover, not who is holding it. Can someone else collect it for me?

Check before you bid rather than after: enter the Indian PIN code you would use and see what delivery costs. If the seller does not reach it, you will see so. How do I know the total before I bid?

The payment question

An Indian card, UPI or net banking works normally. If you are abroad with an Indian bank account, nothing changes.

A card issued outside India may be declined. The gateway, the issuing bank or both can refuse it, and Metzee is not told why in any detail. It is not a rule we apply; it is what happens.

If it is declined, the reliable route is UPI or a card from an Indian account. My card was declined

Everything is in rupees

No currency conversion is offered. If a foreign card is accepted, your own bank converts and may add its own fee — which is between you and them and does not appear on your Metzee invoice.

So the figure on the invoice is the rupee amount. Your statement may show something slightly different after conversion.

What about the invoice and GST

It is an Indian tax document for an Indian sale: GST-inclusive, with the seller's details and the address on the order. Do the prices include tax?

If you need it in a company name, that has to be on the order when you place it.

The honest summary

If you are an NRI buying for family in India, this works well — pay with whatever you have that is Indian, deliver to them.

If you want something shipped to another country, Metzee is not the right tool and no seller setting makes it one.

More: can I pay by card, how to pay, how delivery is charged.
