There is no button for this. The delivery address is fixed when you pay, and nothing in the app changes it afterwards.
That is worth saying first so you do not spend ten minutes looking. What you have are two routes, and both close when the parcel leaves.
Route one: message the seller
From the order, immediately, with the full correct address in one message.
"Order #— I've given the wrong address. The correct one is: [full address with PIN code]. Sorry — could you use this instead?"
This works far more often than people expect. A seller who has not printed a packing slip is editing one line, and they would much rather do that than deal with a parcel coming back.
Route two: cancel and buy again
Possible while the order can still be cancelled — before it ships. The order page has Cancel order, with Cancel this order? to confirm.
- For a buy-now item this is clean, if the stock is still there: cancel, buy again with the right address, and the refund follows.
- For an auction win, do not. Cancelling does not give you another go at the item — the win is gone. Route one is the only sensible route for a win.
Once it has shipped
Neither route exists, and Metzee cannot redirect a parcel.
What sometimes works: call the courier yourself with the tracking number. Some will hold a parcel at a hub for collection, or redirect within the same city. That is their policy rather than ours, and asking costs nothing.
Tell the seller anyway, so they are not surprised when it comes back.
Which mistakes still arrive
- A missing flat number, everything else right — often delivers, sometimes after a phone call
- A misspelt street — usually fine; the PIN code does the work
- No landmark — fine
Which ones do not
- The wrong PIN code. The serious one: it decides the sorting hub and the delivery charge.
- The wrong phone number. Couriers in India call. A wrong number fails an otherwise perfect address.
- An old address. It will be delivered correctly, to someone else.
