Sold ₹40,000 and can withdraw ₹9,000? Nothing is wrong. Three separate waits sit between a sale and your bank, and they get mistaken for one slow payout.
Wait one: the order has not been delivered
On the way to buyers. The money is not yours yet and will not be until the buyer has the item.
Nothing to fix. This is just how holding money for a buyer works.
Wait two: the settlement hold
On hold (just delivered), described as Held briefly after delivery in case of issues. 24 hours after it is delivered, shown as Settlement hold · {n}h.
One day, and then it moves to available. Nothing to fix here either.
Wait three: a return or dispute
Held by returns & disputes. An open return or dispute freezes that order's money until it is resolved.
This is the one that is genuinely fixable, and it is the one people ignore. Money sitting here is a returns problem wearing a finance costume. Answer the return — you have 48 hours before the buyer can ask Metzee to step in — and it releases.
If your available balance looks wrong, look here first.
Then: have you actually asked for it?
Payout schedule decides this:
When I ask— nothing happens until you tapWithdraw. People forget they chose this.Every Monday—Checked every Monday from 9am. Minimum {min}.On the 1st of each month.
And Minimum payout {min}. applies either way: below it, nothing is sent, and with an automatic schedule you may also have set Only if the balance is at least (₹), which rolls a small week into the next.
So "my payout has not arrived" is sometimes "my payout has not been requested".
Then: the bank
Once requested it shows Requested, then Paid. Usually credited within 2 business days.
A Failed payout is almost always a details mismatch — the name on the account not matching, or a wrong IFSC. Fix the details and it is retried rather than lost. Payout failed.
The one that stops everything
You owe Metzee {amount}. A negative balance — refunds, promotions or courier charges exceeding what came in. Nothing is withdrawable while it stands, and it settles out of later sales rather than being billed.
The order to check, when it feels stuck
Available to withdraw— is there anything available at all?Held by returns & disputes— is it frozen? Then answer the returns.Payout schedule— are you waiting for a day that has not come, or for yourself?Payout history— was it sent andFailed?
