Can the seller see who left a review?
Yes. Reviews are not anonymous, and here is why that is the right design.

My review has not appeared
Four reasons, in order of likelihood. Only one of them is moderation.

Will my order go out today?
Each store sets its own dispatch time, and it is shown before you buy. How to read it.

What if the seller lied about the item?
It is decided on the description, which is why this is one of the more winnable cases.

Is a bid legally binding?
Treat it as binding. What the terms say, what happens if you do not pay, and the one way out.

Can I ask for more photos before bidding?
Yes, and in a live show you can do better than photos — you can have it turned over while you watch.

Can I ask a seller to find me something?
Yes, and it is one of the most underused things here. How to ask so you get an answer.

Can I negotiate with a seller?
Yes — on a fixed-price item where the store takes offers. Never in an auction, and here is the whole mechanism.

Do I need the original box to return something?
Usually yes, and it is the store's condition rather than a Metzee rule. Except when the item was faulty.

Can I have longer to decide about a return?
There is no extend button. But the window may already be longer than you think, and a store can agree.

Why does my order say delivered when I did not confirm?
After 7 days a posted parcel is marked delivered automatically. What that does and does not mean.

The courier damaged my parcel
You raise it with the store, not the courier. Why that is the right answer and not a brush-off.

What if a parcel is held or seized?
Rare, and it means one of three things. How to tell which, and who carries it.

The seller cancelled my order
Your money comes back to the card you paid with. What it costs you, and what it costs them.

Can I pay for someone else’s win?
Not through their account, and that matters more than it sounds. What you can do instead.

What is a chargeback?
Asking your bank to reverse a payment. Why it is the wrong first move here, and what it costs everyone.

Can I sell plants or seeds?
Mostly yes, and the problem is rarely the rules — it is the courier and the week in a box.

Can I sell ivory, shells or feathers?
Ivory, no. The rest depends on the species, and age is not the exemption people think it is.

Can I sell genuine antiquities?
Old decorative objects, yes. A genuine antiquity is a legal category with real consequences, and this is the one that catches honest sellers.

Can I sell alcohol or tobacco?
No. Not sealed, not vintage, not as a collectible with something still in it.

Can I sell knives, replicas or weapons?
Firearms never. Knives and militaria depend on what it is, and the licence question is yours to answer.

Can I sell medicines or supplements?
Medicines, no. Supplements and cosmetics, only if you are allowed to sell them anywhere.

Can I sell live animals?
No. Nothing alive, ever, and there is not even a category for it.

Can I sell digital goods?
No. Files, codes, accounts and downloads do not fit, and the reasons are the same ones that protect you.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
