Why was my account suspended?
The reasons in plain words, where the actual reason is written down, and how to appeal.

Can I have two accounts?
You do not need one. One account buys and sells, and the reason to avoid a second is specific.

What if I am a little late collecting?
Message the store. What the terms allow, what they do not, and the one case where the clock stops.

Can I pay later?
No. What to do instead if you genuinely cannot pay now.

Who can sell on Metzee?
Anyone with a verified seller account, selling almost anything. Makers, resellers, collectors, shops — the check is on the person, not on how they got the thing.

If you are not happy with our answer
The route, in order, including the ones that are not us.

Using someone else’s brand, photos or words
What a seller may use, what they may not, and how a rights holder gets something taken down.

Why certain items are banned
The reasoning behind each class of ban, because a list without reasons is a list people argue with.

How moderation actually works here
An automatic filter, a human behind it, and an honest account of what the filter gets wrong.

What happens after you report someone
A person reads it, decides, and tells you the outcome. Here is the sequence.

Metzee’s position on counterfeits
Banned, reportable, and acted on — and an honest account of what a marketplace can and cannot catch.

What Metzee will not do for you
An unusual page and a useful one: the limits, stated plainly, so you know where your own judgement has to start.

A winner has not paid
What happens automatically, when, and the one thing you should not do.

What you are not allowed to sell
The banned list with the reasoning, and the grey areas that get people suspended by accident.

Why you should not take a deal off Metzee
Somebody offers you a discount on WhatsApp. Here is exactly what you give up — and what the seller gives up too.

How to report a seller or a listing
Where the button is, what to include, and what happens afterwards.

Returns on Metzee
Five faults are covered for seven days from delivery and no store can shorten that. Changing your mind is a separate question.

What happens if I never collect it
The store keeps 7% by default and the rest is refunded. Up to 20% if they set it higher, and a flat 20% for anything that spoils.

What happens if I do not pay for something I won
The order is cancelled, a strike is recorded, and the item goes to the next bidder. Said plainly so nobody finds out the hard way.

Can I take back a bid?
No. A bid is an offer the seller can accept, and an offer you can withdraw is not an offer.
There is a show on right now.
