What is a strike?
A mark for winning something and not paying. How many it takes, how long it lasts, and how to get one lifted.

Who do I complain to about Metzee itself?
Not about a seller — about us. The front door, the escalation, and the routes that are not ours.

What happens to my data if Metzee shuts down?
A fair question with a partly unsatisfying answer. What is promised, what is not, and what you can do today.

Can I buy things to resell on Metzee?
Yes, and plenty of good stores work exactly that way. Two things are not allowed, and both involve your own store.

Can I sell a replica if I say it is a replica?
No. Being honest about it changes the conversation, not the rule.

Someone copied my listing
What is actually yours, what is not, and the one route that does something about it.

Can I appeal a decision?
Yes, and each kind of decision has its own route. All four, with what helps.

Why was my item taken down?
You were told the reason, in the notification. Where to find it, and why the item will not go back on sale.

What if I say the wrong price on camera?
Correct it immediately and out loud. What you are bound to, and what you are not.

My listing was rejected
Two different things get called this. Which one you have, and what to do about each.

Can I use the manufacturer’s photo?
As one of six on a sealed new item. Never as the only one, and never on anything used.

How do I escalate a complaint?
Four steps, in order, and the two that people skip. Including where the statutory route sits.

The dispute was decided against me
What it means, what it does not, and whether there is anywhere else to go.

Can a review be removed?
On narrow grounds only. What they are, and what a seller should do instead.

Can I return something just because I changed my mind?
It depends on the store, and four things can block it regardless. What a seller may still agree to.

I bid by mistake
The honest position: the bid stands. What to do immediately, and what the slide control is for.

Is the show recorded?
Not yet. What that means for you, and what will change when it is switched on.

How to report a seller or listing, step by step
Where the button is, the seven reasons, and what to write so it can actually be acted on.

How to delete your account, step by step
What you are asked, what happens to orders still open, and the window in which you can change your mind.

Do I need a licence to sell what I sell?
What Metzee requires is a short, knowable list. What your category requires is a question to check.

Can I sell gold or precious metal?
Yes. Hallmarking is law rather than a Metzee rule, and the delivery risk is yours to manage.

Can I sell food on Metzee?
Yes, with an FSSAI licence — and the delivery reality decides more than the licence does.

Can I sell second-hand items?
Yes, and it is a large part of what sells here. One obligation comes with it.

Do I need insurance to sell?
Metzee does not require any. Whether your situation does is a question for someone qualified.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
