Do I need ID to collect?
The app uses a code, not identity. What a seller may reasonably ask, and what they should not.
Can I check the item before paying at pickup?
No — it is already paid when you arrive. What you can do instead is better than it sounds.
What hours can I collect?
The seller sets them and you see them before bidding. Check them before, not after.
Where exactly do I collect from?
The area before you bid, the full address after you pay. Why it works that way.

Can it go to a locker or a shop?
No. There are no lockers and no third-party collection points. What exists instead.
Can I choose which courier is used?
Generally no. What decides it, and the one case where it is yours to arrange.
Why is a light thing costing so much to post?

Can I combine orders from different shows?
Within one show and one store, usually automatically. Across shows it takes asking, and sometimes cannot be done.

Call the courier first — at this point they are the only ones who can act.
How do I know it has actually been posted?
The status and the tracking tell you different things. The gap between them is normal.
Can I pay from outside India?
Everything is in rupees. The card may work; the delivery is the real question.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. Your bid is the price including GST, and the invoice shows how it splits.
Can I get credit instead of a refund?
No — credits are not a refund route. What they actually are, and the limits worth knowing.
My card is closed — where does the refund go?
It still goes to the card. What the bank does with it, and when to get involved.
How long does a refund take?
Two legs, and only one of them is ours. Honest timings for each.
My payment says pending
