How to track an order
Where tracking appears, what each status means, and the gap between "posted" and the courier admitting it exists.

What happens if I never collect it
The store keeps 7% by default and the rest is refunded. Up to 20% if they set it higher, and a flat 20% for anything that spoils.

Collecting an item in person
Win, pay, the seller marks it ready, and you have 72 hours by default to come and get it.

My payment failed
Bank limit, an expired session, or a UPI app that did not come back. None of them mean you have lost the item yet.

How to pay on Metzee
UPI is fastest on a phone. Cards work. Here is what each one looks like so the first time is not alarming.

What is a second chance offer?
The winner did not pay, so the item is offered to you — at your own bid, with twelve hours to decide.

What happens if I do not pay for something I won
The order is cancelled, a strike is recorded, and the item goes to the next bidder. Said plainly so nobody finds out the hard way.

How long do I have to pay?
Thirty minutes if you won in front of the screen. Twelve hours if it ended while you were away.

My bid is not going through
Five causes, in the order they actually happen, each with the fix.

Why did the timer go back up?
On most items a bid in the last seconds pushes the clock out. On sudden-death items it does not — and that difference is worth knowing before you wait.

Can I take back a bid?
No. A bid is an offer the seller can accept, and an offer you can withdraw is not an offer.

What does pickup-only mean?
The item cannot be posted, you agree to collect it before you bid, and there is a charge if you never do. All of it is shown up front.

How delivery is worked out
Each item carries its own delivery rules, the price is shown before you bid, and you pay for one parcel per show rather than one per item.

How to open a store on Metzee
Every step from the first tap to a store that can take money, and what each one is actually for.

When do I get paid?
After the item reaches the buyer, not when they pay — and the reason that is also what makes a first sale possible.

What does it cost to sell on Metzee?
A commission, GST on that commission charged on top, and anything you choose to absorb. Nothing else, and nothing hidden.

How to sell on Metzee
What selling live actually involves — a camera, a table, an hour — and every step from opening a store to getting paid.

Is Metzee safe to buy from?
The honest version: what protects you, what checks happen, and the things we cannot do anything about.

How buyer protection works
Seven days from delivery to report a problem, whatever the store's own policy says — and the money is held until it is settled.

You won — what happens now
A payment sheet opens over the show. Thirty minutes if you are watching, twelve hours if it ended while you were away.

How bidding works on Metzee
One bid, one step, everyone sees it in the same order — and the clock extends rather than cutting an argument short.

How a live auction show works
One seller, one camera, a table of things, and a clock per item. What actually happens from joining to winning.

What is Metzee?
Live video auctions from sellers across India. Somebody holds the thing up, tells you what it is, and you bid against other people watching.

The quiet case for meeting in person
Half of what a courier does is undo the care somebody took wrapping the thing. Sometimes the answer is to not post it at all.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
